2. Preliminary Design
We take detailed measurements, develop floor plans, and shape the overall design concept. All planning is done in alignment with state and local building codes, ensuring both creativity and compliance.
3. Final Plans & Permits
Once the design is approved, we prepare a complete set of build-ready plans and submit them for city approvals. At this stage, we also establish a clear project timeline so expectations are aligned from the start.
4. High-Touch Project Management
With construction underway, our team stays closely involved through clear communication and regular check-ins. We guide key decisions, honor agreed pricing and timelines, and manage every phase through to completion.
5. Quality Craftsmanship
