Once the design is approved, we prepare a complete set of build-ready plans and submit them for city approvals. At this stage, we also establish a clear project timeline so expectations are aligned from the start.

With construction underway, our team stays closely involved through clear communication and regular check-ins. We guide key decisions, honor agreed pricing and timelines, and manage every phase through to completion.
